Do not put things in your cart

Do not put things in your cart, they will charge you for it & deliver it

Hi so previous customer bought a couple of items, Came fine. But I revisited the site to line up a couple of items I was THINKING about purchasing bug had decided NOT to buy

However they charged me for it & I woke up at 5am with a post from AUS post saying they were packing my items

WT!!!!!!

Frustrating website issues

Decent experience on a past order, but current website experience is frustrating using Safari browser. It fails to add items to bag, repeatedly asking user to refresh…then fails again on order submission, just sits there forever “submitting”. Had to exit, then log in again. Finally succeeded in placing order after 45 min of hassle. And I’m an IT guy.

Received a damaged Yeti tank battery.

Received a damaged Yeti tank battery.
Tried to exchange with a good unit… now out of stock.
Asked to exchange the one defective battery,wouldn’t do it. Asked for a discount and they would only give 15% or return the entire product which they asked me to install to test.
Typical big company and no customer service.

Great shipping time and customer service. Always get full refunds, the bad reviews don't seem to add up to the service I've received. I guess if you return used items you won't get a full refund which makes sense.

Do not order from backcounty

Do not order from backcounty, I ordered a pelican cooler with wheels, and it has not been delivered. Ontrac held it 5 times, I called Backcounty and they didn't do anything, called Ontrac, same, it was worst, automated. Check on their webiste, held.

Ordered a Pelican Cooler with wheels, supposed to be here by last Thursday, almost a week, nothing.

Do not order from backcounty, I ordered a pelican cooler with wheels, and it has not been delivered. Ontrac held it 5 times, I called Backcounty and they didn't do anything, called Ontrac, same, it was worst, automated. Check on their website, held. Worst customer service and delivery. Who uses ontrac?

If you have substandard delivery expectations...

This company is for you. Have placed over ten orders... each one was ridiculously delayed to the point I had to buy duplicate products at REI. Their return and refund process was equally ridiculous.
